OLGA GRALEWSKA - SĄDEL 

 

Graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków, where she studied in the studio of Professor Andrzej Bednarczyk. She received three distinctions from the Faculty Council of Painting at the Academy (2011, 2012, 2013). She graduated with honors from the C. K. Norwid Art School Complex in Lublin. Recipient of the artistic scholarship from the Mayor of Lublin in 2007/2008, and the Rector’s scholarship at the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków for outstanding students in 2014/2015 and 2015/2016.
In 2013, solo exhibition "Dialogue with the World" at van Rij Gallery in Ćmielów. In 2015, solo painting exhibitions - "Ping-pong with Art" at Floriańska 22 Gallery in Kraków and "Olga Gralewska Retrospective" at CSW Solvay in Kraków. In 2017, solo exhibition "MALERI" at Galleri ved Kirken in Aarhus, Denmark, and in 2020 - exhibition "As in the Days of Noah" at the Main Library in Kraków.
Participation in group exhibitions in Lublin (including the Polish Painting Gallery at the Lublin Museum in the Castle, "Po Schodach" Gallery), Supraśl (National Biennial of Artistic Textiles in Supraśl), Sopot (SDA), Wrocław (DNA Gallery), Warsaw (Desa Unicum), Kazimierz Dolny on the Vistula River, Kraków, and in Aarhus, Denmark "Inspired by Aarhus" exhibition.
My artistic practice encompasses painting, drawing, and textile art.
